1. Intern Baker/Cake Froster
Job Description:
- Baking of cakes and desserts
- Frosting and decorating of cakes accordingly
- Prepare & assist in baking for customer orders
- To maintain a high standard of hygiene and cleanliness for kitchen and equipment
- Knowledge with day-to-day operation
- To assist in cleaning duties
- Other ad-hoc duties as required
Requirements:
- Driven and passionate in baking and learning
- Team player
- No/Minimum experience in baking
- Humble, meticulous, responsible and independent
- Certified in Basic Food Hygiene
- Minimum 6 months commitment
- Monday - Saturday (Sunday OFF)
2. Full-Time Position
Job Description:
- Baking of cakes and desserts
- Frosting and decorating of cakes accordingly with different techniques and styles
- Roll and shaping of fondant figurines
- Prepare & assist in baking for customer orders
- To maintain a high standard of hygiene and cleanliness for kitchen and equipment
- Familiar with day-to-day operation
- To assist in cleaning duties
- Other ad-hoc duties as required
Requirements:
- Driven and passionate in baking and learning
- Team player
- At least 1 year of experience preferred
- Humble, meticulous, responsible and independent
- Certified in Basic Food Hygiene
- Minimum 1 year commitment
