Terms & Conditions
Please understand that by placing an order from us, you agree to follow and to be bounded by these T&C stated below.
On Ordering:
1. We will require full payment upon confirmation of order.
2. Slots are given on first come first served basis. We recommend you to order early to avoid disappointment.
3. Honeypeach Bakery reserves the full rights to accept/decline any orders. In the event that slots are unavailable due to unforeseeable circumstances on our side, a full refund will be made to your original mode of payment.
4. Customers are entirely responsible for providing complete and accurate contact numbers and addresses for our delivery drivers. In the event of an incorrect address informed on the day of delivery, there will be a $15 charge for redelivery. Please verify the address carefully before placing your order.
For any amendments of details, we required minimum lead time of 4 days.
5. It is of customers’ full responsibility to specify their food allergens (if any) before ordering.
On Delivery / Collection:
1. Once the products has been collected/delivered successfully, Honeypeachsg will not be liable to any damage thereafter. Hence, please check your order(s) on the spot upon collection.
2. Please collect your order according to the timeframe allocated. Orders that are not collected, we do allow self-collection on the next working day. However, for uncollected order within 3 days from original collection date, it will be discarded and strictly no refunds will be made.
3. Our drivers will personally call the recipent to get their approval to leave the birthday cake outside their doorstep inclusive of a photo proof. However, we will not be held responsible if the birthday cake has melted or is stolen.
4. In the event that both the recipient or sender are not home and uncontactable, our driver will only wait a maximum of 10 minutes and client would have to opt for redelivery (subject to availability) with extra charges of $15. Hence, we strongly encourage the recipient to be home within the delivery time slot.
